1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

2. Member Eligibility and Account Management

• Each individual is only allowed to hold one (1) active account. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious violation of these terms.

• All activity occurring under a user's account is the responsibility of the account holder, unless there is clear evidence of unauthorised access that has been reported to cuci100.

Users must update their personal information if any changes occur. cuci100 may request additional document verification at any time as part of its ongoing KYC process.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

cuci100 provides a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian players:

• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.
• The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal requests that do not meet the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time is usually within 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the chosen method and internal verification processes.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

• Users are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, programs or systems designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Any form of cheating, colluding with other players or attempting to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user is involved in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The user is found to have violated any part of these terms & conditions.
• The user provided false or misleading information during registration or during the KYC process.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual are confirmed.
• Upon request from law enforcement agencies or direction from a relevant regulatory body.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the cuci100 support team via 24/7 live chat or email. If there is a real money balance (excluding bonuses) in the account at the time of closure, a withdrawal can be initiated subject to the standard withdrawal conditions.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

cuci100 reserves the right to change, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.
